Like I said, the people responded to the whole disappointment of the National Anthem that Christina Aguilera did not sing correctly and beautifully like the fans would have liked. So they went back to Whitney Houston to get their fill.
Same thing happened for Wonder Woman, fans loved Linda Carter's throwback costume. Than the new Wonder Woman costume of today. Do you actually think that people were going to see the movie if they didn't change it? I mean who wants to look at someone in a plastic suit? LOL!

Teaming Up with TXU and Texas Tree Foundation
HAVING FUN WHILE HELPING THE ENVIRONMENT

On Saturday, March 26, 2011, Kids N The Know had opportunity to join up with other companies and volunteers from all over the Dallas Metroplex. We're talking about people from Addison, Carrollton, Dallas, Garland, Lewisville, Richardson, even as far as McKinney, and more that came out to participate.
Talk about the early bird, people were there as early as 5 a.m. in the morning to help set up, including Colette Vallot-Senior Manager of Community Services and Debby Ramsey-Coordinator at TXU Energy over this project.
What was really great about this community service event is that there were 600 people registered and all the volunteers planted 2,000 trees that day. Me personally, I planted like 20 trees by myself.
Another great opportunity I had was being surrounded by the people that made this event happen and supported this event. Janette Monear, President & CEO-Texas Tree Foundation; Bobby Lyle, Chairman of the Board-Texas Tree Foundation; Jim Burke, CEO & Chairman-TXU Energy; State Representative District 102- Dallas Republican Stefani Carter; Amir Omar, Richardson-Council Member Place 7; Kimberly Lay, Addison-Deputy Mayer Pro Tempore; and Matt Grubisich, Urban Forester, Colette Vallot, Senior Manager-Community Service; Chick Fil-A, Catering Services.
Among the many companies that supported by getting the message out and donated their time was Circle 10-Boy Scouts, Neiman Marcus, Kids N The Know, Bounce House, Construction, Divine Divas of North Texas, WFAA, and more.
Most importantly, I, Appiah was surrounded by my friends to just name a few, LeVonna McLean, Abdul Alattery, Hope Venice, Semira Abdourezak, Freshweyn Tadesse, Evobe Tamere, Salha Khalif, Danait Testaye, Saima Rashid, Reem Rabi, Salha Khamis, Rosno Overo, Elena Perez, and more. Seriously!
Was I tired? Yes! But it was hard work but I just had a lot of fun!!!!!!!!

Well, I must say that Kids N The Know did enjoy the highlights of the Celebrity Apprentice VIP Watch Party in Dallas, Texas. Although, ACN had watch parties scattered all over the world. In the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro-plex to be more exact Addison is where the huge turn out with theHost(s) Craig Kotter and Todd Abrams of the party.
Of course, we were graced with the red carpet treatment and expensive cars parked out front where people took pictures with them, including me with the White Beamer and Sean Lee set us up with our own chaperoned by the name of David Nieves and he was accompanied by, it looked to me like a Super Model. Everyone had a chance to indulge in the food trays in different rooms, exciting door prizes, like the new ipad, just to name a few. Kotter gave us a run down of what ACN is about what ACN has to offer, as far as, it being a viral global phone company and much more. Obviously, Donald Trump believes in ACN that much to have ACN on The Celebrity Apprentice for two consecutive times. Sounds like this could go far.
People rivaled over if the men or the women were going to win. That was hilarious. But seriously, at first I thought Lil Jon was gonna lose but Lil Jon surprised even me. But in the middle of the event the Host of the VIP party asked two young guys, by the name of Michael Provonsil and Brandon Garcia who were from the Boys and Girls Club came up onstage and announced how they've been major contributors to the Boys and Girls Club.
There was lots of great music same D.J. was at the House of Blues was at the VIP Party spinning! So many people there. It was like wall-to-wall.

Well sorry ladies for hating on Rihanna for her long time relationship with Chris Brown ,and then "TRYING" to blame her for the beatings that she got from him and finding out that today on March,22,2011 he went on air to Good Morning America going mad on there set trying to beat up the producer of Good Morning America , smashing a window of theirs , and leaving the building with 2 cops escorting him out with his shirt off and crazy blonde hair . Brown has a fit all because one of there host on the show was asking him questions about the Rihanna and Chris Brown incident that happen 2 years ago and when they went off air he went completely crazy ! The question that roams my mind today is "How is he going to mess up his image on Good Morning America ? " Trust me when i say that they won't ask him to be back on there show because the sign clearly says NO DOGS ALLOWED ! Brown is from a small town in Virginia with only the population of 2,000 people , so usually people who break through something like that would have better representation like that enough to stay on top but NO! So let's cut to the chase ladies Chris Brown has a problem .

NBC chooses a new superheroine for Wonder Woman from "Friday Night Lights," star Adrianne Palicki which is taking Lynda Carter place. She is sporting the new costume look for the movie. I never grew up with Wonder Woman. Umm! I'll take that back I saw her in Justice League. But once I got a look at the other Wonder Woman from before up until now. Glad it's not Beyonce but I see that there's a major difference by far. It's one of those things where ya just have ta FEEL IT or KILL IT. Which fashion is it gonna be?!

I agree with the Director, Chyna Robinson Playwright. The title of this play is exactly how it sounds. I speaking with her for over a month about this fresh new view of the way young people like myself or I should say my peers at my school can sometime get caught up on someone that they think is the right one for them. Three young women go through a roller coaster of emotions to answer the question, "What do you do...When Love Is Not Enough?" It's a progressive play...we don't hide from what's real and we face (head-on) the issues that our young ladies are going through. I wanted to delve into high school life and college life and EVERYTHING that comes with it. We uncover the TRUTH about love, sex, and dating.
Many have been (pleasantly) shocked at the way we handle such taboo subjects. We put it all on the table. That's why we suggest our audience members be at least 13 or that they come with a guardian. This play will certainly provoke discussion, which was my goal. So...what DO you do "When Love Is Not Enough?"
I wrote this play with the hopes of reaching out to the younger audiences. We have performed at one high school and three colleges thus far, as well as several theaters across Texas and Oklahoma. But make no mistake, it is not your typical high school production. We have a full set and professional actors that have worked with greats such as Spike Lee, Fred Hammond, and the list goes on.
I wrote this play with the hopes of reaching out to the younger audiences. It's a progressive play...we don't hide from what's real and we face (head-on) the issues that our young ladies are going through. I wanted to delve into high school life and college life and EVERYTHING that comes with it: new realtionships, sex vs love, domestic abuse in younger relationships, STDs adn AIDS, and ultimately everyday choices and consequences. We put it all on the table.
This play will certainly provoke discussion, which was my goal. Many young ladies go through so many pressures and have to make decisions that can change their lives, every day of their lives. We want to give them alternatives to some of the decisions that are being made.
Although these issues are very serious, we have comedic characters that balance that out. It is simply GREAT entertainment. You may be laughing uncontrollably one moment and gripping the edges of your seats the next. It's a very real life play.
All of my actors, with the exception of two, are professionally trained and have acted in projects ranging from national commercials to independent films to the "big screen." One of my actors was just signed on with NERF as a national ad (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKx8C-C6SF4).
We've just added Christin White (from cycle 15 of America's Next Top Model) to the cast. Upon speaking to her, I saw that she was very real and she has her own great story that could only add to the chemistry and overall character of the cast.
One of my stand out artists is Tammy Thomas, who is a phenomenal actress that has been featured on stages in, both, New York and Texas.
Another is Timothy Paul Brown. He has a natural talent that his degreed training just highlights.
Kristina with a K is an actress in the show, as well as, an artist with a message. Her latest single, "Fendi," is one that EVERY female should hear. I could go on about the cast but everyone could just come out to the show and check them out themselves.

I am putting together a HBCU tour for the Fall of this year. We'll begin in mid-August for three weeks. You never know where you'll see "When Love Is Not Enough" in the near future (undisclosed information). I know, however, you will not see it on Broadway. The productions I do, for now anyway, are music-less. I do frequent broadway shows and other musicals though.

Oscar award winning Sandra Bullock gives out 1 million dollars to the organization The American Red Cross to help out Japan survive from the tsunami and earthquake .So far Sandra takes the lead on this donation since it's the largest out of the other celebrities donating money . The American Red Cross states it 'vitally important' . Way to go Sandra for having such a big heart if you also recall her helping out Haiti with a 1 million dollars as well when they had there crisis .

The question is.... Okay, who hasn't been she been with? Clearing it up from my point of view. This is something that I have been sitting on since the night of the Oscar's.
First of all, Selena Gomez seems to aim at whoever in the spotlight. Come on. She is not new to this. She has been with Taylor Lautner, from the huge blockbuster movie series,"Twilight." Umm! Let's see?! She admitted about being in good with Jesse McCarty when he was hot. Now, she's making her rounds to Justin Beiber! Whatev! I mean she's going around like she's not content unless she's with someone. How lame is that? I mean sometimes it's o.k. to march to the beat of your own drum. People are wayyyyy to in a hurry to be grown. Well, that's my rant for the night O_o

BOX OFFICE-KILL IT OR FEEL IT
WHO DIED AND WHO FOUGHT TO STAY ALIVE
This is reality. Who can believe that "The King's Speech" survived so many weeks, like 16 weeks, grossing over $120 million and winning an Oscar out of it. Not to mention that the lead role daughter broke the trophy while at home.
Then, Disney's "Gnomeo & Juliet" has been in the box office for a whooping 16 weeks grossing $890 million.
On the other hand, Disney's bomb movie "Mars Needs Moms" had an $150 million budget but ended up making only $6.8 million. Oh, nooooo! As you can see by The Wrap that Battle L.A. came in No.1 and here's the following:

GREEN DAY
GREEN POLICE-HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!
As you know, it was GREEN DAY in the DFW dub. Even in the spirit of basketball mania with the Mavericks a.k.a Mavs. Since it was so many drunk people there I just decided spring forward into the streets to see what people were ready-to-wear. Although, St. Patrick's Day is Thursday, March 17, 2011. Here's an idea of what I talking about.
As you know, it was GREEN DAY in the DFW dub. Red Riding Hood
RED RIDING HOOD REVIEW
March,11,2011 I went to go see the 2 1/2 hour movie called " Red Riding Hood" on it's opening night to give out the final review of the movie and honestly it earned a B- ,because this movie is supposedly PG-13 BUT put it this way most of the crowd had too turn there heads including my own family because it was too racy for "Red Riding Hood" and it was bit predictable . On the positive side there was a twist to the movie and a lot of them which made it a little interesting but it still would be rank on top with "The Twilight sagas " even if there director is from "Twilight " along with some of the actors,and actresses. Overall the story behind it wasn't really bad at all . That's the review from KIDSNTHEKNOW !

Did Ya Know A Piece Of America Came Home?
OUR SPACE SHUTTLE ZOOMED THAT IS....
On Wednesday, March 9, 2011 our Space Shuttle Discovery arrived safely on Earth. Finally, all six crew of astronaut members landed in Florida three minutes before twelve o'clock noon. This is the last and oldest NASA Discovery shuttle because of its 27 years of having 39 missions through the atmosphere. Pretty hot, huh? This means that it had like 148 million miles on it. Amazing it can go for a lifetime. Well, now that it's retired it will go to Smithsonian Institution for display. Things are really looking up!

Huh, This Director Went From Vampire To Werewolf?!!
OPENING NIGHT-RIDING HOOD 2011
Catherine Hardwicke, 55, the first woman to make the first movie "Twilight" series. She has also done some independent films like, "Lords Of Dogstown" and "Thirteen" before Twilight came along. When did Twilight it became the highest paid woman director in all time.
She loved Little Red Riding Hood and this time Hardwicke didn't have to rely on books from an author to lead the way to make the movie. It seems like the director made Red Riding Hood dark though. She picked this story because kids and adults see this story differently.
What's funny about this that the script was sent to Leonardo DiCaprio's studio Appian Way for developing the script. Ha! I'm named after this nile. It's a Hebrew name. Hot!
Anyway, getting back to what I was saying. Most importantly, Hardwicke got to pick her cast of people that she wanted. Like Amanda Seyfried from "Momma Mia" and "Letter's To Juliet." She chose Amanda because of her eyes, she's funny, beautiful, and she can do anything! Which most director would die to have.
Also, she picked Shiloh Fernandez who was her pick outta four for the movie "Twilight" but...
